Important Terms & Guidelines
Roundtrip Shared Speedboat Transfer
- Speedboat Transfers are available for international flights landing at Velana International Airport (MLE) at any given time.
- Our Airport Team will keep track of your international flight and wait outside the international arrival terminal holding a Travel Retreat Maldives nameboard with your name on it for easy identification. They will welcome you and assist with check-in for the transfer. Contact number: +960 9749173.
- Please note there may be waiting times for shared speedboat transfers. Schedules are subject to change based on international arrival/departure flight timings and weather conditions.
- Speedboat timings are confirmed one night prior to your scheduled arrival/departure, as the resort finalizes schedules the evening before.
Check-In, Check-Out & Regulations
- Standard Check-in: 14:00 | Standard Check-out: 12:00 (Island Time).
- A security deposit may be collected by the resort upon check-in to cover any incidentals during your stay.
- Entry Requirements: PCR tests are no longer required to enter the Maldives, regardless of vaccination status.
- All inbound travelers must submit the IMUGA Traveler's Health Declaration Form within 96 hours before flight time via travel.immigration.gov.mv. Outbound travelers do not need to fill this form.
- A complimentary tourist visa is granted to all nationalities upon arrival. Ensure basic entry requirements are met for immigration clearance. Details at immigration.gov.mv.
